CARE & MAINTENANCE
WASHING TEMPLE BALES HAIR
In general treat the hair like you would your own. Make sure to use a wide tooth comb to remove all tangles before you wash your hair or go to sleep at night. Some shampoos can be too harsh for your hair extensions. Use sulfate-free shampoos and moisturizing conditioners. If using clarifying shampoos only use every two weeks as they tend to dry your hair. Then wash hair normally and follow with conditioner.
CARING FOR YOUR WAVY HAIR
- Shampoo and condition hair with sulfate-free products.
- Wash hair with a moisturizing conditioner once a week.
- Use light products such as mousses or gels to define the waves without weighing down your hair.
- Let hair air dry or dry with a blow dryer with no product.
- Keep your hair light by only using a light heat protectant for flat ironing and curling

Products in unused condition can be returned within seven days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and have the original product tags attached. Approved returns will qualify for store credit only; refunds are not allowed.

Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in it's original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
